We stand by our work and guarantee our products against any defects. our Products are partially new and partially repurposed from vintage suitcases, therefore please understand that the cases are not in new condition. We meticulously inspect and carefully hand pick each suitcase to insure top quality. If you have any issues with your purchase please inform us as soon as possible, we are happy to resolve the problem and make it right how ever possible. We usually ship USPS ground, if you would like to upgrade to a different carrier please let us know. We carefully package are products to insure they get to you safely. But we understand things happen, so if there is any damage caused by shipping we will be sure to resolve it right away and get you playing on your suitcase asap!
